Read-only

Your question and the fleet data needed to answer it go to Google with your own key, under the Gemini API terms. On the free tier those terms let Google use what is sent to improve its products, and let its reviewers read it; on a paid key they do not.

Questions people ask first
Every answer here is checked against what the app does today.
What do I need to start?
A Wialon account with an access token from it, and a Google Gemini API key — Google gives one away free in AI Studio, and it goes into the app’s settings once. There is no sign-up form here, no password to choose and no card to enter.
Where do I get a Wialon access token?
In Wialon, under your user settings, create an access token and copy it. It is 72 characters long. You decide what it may do and how long it lives, and you can revoke it in Wialon at any moment — that also cuts off FleetAI.
Can it change anything in my fleet?
No. It reads units, sensors, trips, drivers, geofences and notification settings, and it runs reports. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in your account.
Do you store my token, my fleet data or my chats?
No. The token is kept in your browser and passes through our relay only on its way to Wialon. The assistant’s tools run on our worker with your Wialon session, which it holds in memory for a few minutes and never writes anywhere; neither keeps logs of the traffic. Chat history is kept in your browser’s local storage. Your questions, and the fleet data needed to answer them, go from your browser to Google Gemini with your own key. There is no database and no account on our side to store any of it in.
Can I get a report as a file?
Yes. Ask for a report as a PDF, an Excel sheet or a CSV and it comes back as a download. The PDF is rendered by Wialon itself, so it is the same document its own Export button produces — and any table on screen can be saved as CSV without asking.
Which GPS platforms are supported?
Wialon only — Hosting on the com, eu and us data centres. Other platforms are not supported today, and the site will say so when that changes.
Which languages does it speak?
The interface and the answers are available in English, Russian, Spanish and French. The answer follows the language you pick in settings.
What does it cost?
Nothing from us. You bring your own Wialon account and your own Gemini API key; Google has a free tier for it, and paid use is billed by Google, not by us. If our side of that ever changes, it will change here first.
